REFEREES!!! (the nice kind)

Asylum seeker and refugee volunteers at DRS are encouraged to take on positions of responsibility. Over the years we have had some excellent Kitchen Managers, Storeroom Managers, Graphic Designers, Translators and Trustees!

When an asylum seeker or refugee has volunteered with us for a few months or more, they can ask for a reference to take to Home Office interviews, job interviews etc. This shows that they have made a positive contribution to the community and give up their own time to help others.

The following volunteers can write a reference for any asylum seeker or refugee on behalf of DRS
